View Full Version : IL2 Ultimate Pack and 3rd-Party Campaigns/Missions

Possibly a silly question, but I've just downloaded the Ultimate Pack (largely to address Boonty issues with the Pe-2 add-on installation), and, before I re-install excellent 3-rd party campaigns such as RAF Full, the Blue, etc., I'd like to know whether they are they compatible with the Ultimate Pack?

Appreciate your help as always.

Ultimate Pack???????
What is it and where can it be downloaded from?

Download from Ubi store, it's v4.05m all packaged in a single installation.

As for compatibility, pretty much all missions will work but some early missions for the original IL2 sturmovik may have aircraft located off bases that you can only start the engine if they're on a runway, the Bi-1 campaign that shipped with v1.04 of the original game is an example.

Thx Tully and Uther (me old mate!).

Will try RAF Full tonight.

@Uther: Have bought TrackIR 4 Pro. My word! What a difference! Just trying to get used to it offline before venturing onto War Clouds again. Who knows, wife might even let me re-join the squadron with comms...

@timholt: I had problems with the Pe-2 add-on (v4.05m) due to the BoontyBoll*x download software. The Ultimate Pack solved all the problems, but it doesn't seem right to have to pay another 25 for games I had already bought. Still, at least it means everything's in 1 nice, easy package, so re-installing is much easier than doing FB, AEP, PF, Pe-2 and all the relevant patches.

Here is a direct link to the UK Ubistore for the Ultimate Pack.

The stores webpage can be viewed in three languages: english, french, and german. To select the language of your choice, simply click on the appropriate nation flag at the bottom of the left hand column.

And please be patient. The forum/ubistore servers have been irractic the last few days.
