Hey guys. I would really like to find a program that displays offline hit percentages and shots fired for a mission. I would like to have it for single player campaign. Please dont suggest sturmolog program. That is not what i am looking for and it doesnt work for campaigns. Anyone found or know of one? A link would be really appreciated or just tell me how to find the stats in the game.
Thanks

Changed subject name so more could benefit from the info I recieved! Enjoy!!

Go to Checksix.com (http://www.checksix-fr.com/)

Look for (in French) Utilities (Utilitaires) after clicking Pacific Fighters and then look for IL2 Manager. New version out, 5.0 for PF. Mostly self explanatory, just install anywhere, but make sure you choose to convert .tga screenshots to .jpg automatically, 100% quality. A real timesaver, and makes keeping track of them a breeze because it renames them for you. You can delete the old .tga automatically too. Don't really need them AFAIK.

Edit: IL2 manager does many more things than end of mission stats for on and offline games, but it's always been a great utility. I can't wait to install this updated version. If you wouldn't mind, change the name of the post to something like "IL2 Manager 5.0 is out!" so everyone can benefit. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

Hope this helps, good luck and

I suppose that I must carry out that part. I was born '77, so as the youngest..http://acompletewasteofspace.com/forum/images/smiles/cheers.gif

I'm also using this opportunity to say that checksix-fr.com for sure has a lot to offer to us, fight sim maniacs.http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Too bad it's on French. http://acompletewasteofspace.com/forum/images/smiles/laughing.gif

I'm just waiting for 'Manager' to download, then I will try it out.. for sure looks promising. Sturmolog was good program but it also have some serious issues (bad edit possibilities of your .log file, only online.. etc. etc.).

Guys thanks for the link. http://acompletewasteofspace.com/forum/images/smiles/grin.gif

Thanks for the beer, Marten!

Was it a "Zuja" or Karlovacko? You wouldn't happen to have Sarajevsko?

Man, now i'm thirsty! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/784.gif

Here's one just for ya http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Just must remember to buy some of these once when I went to Orasje in MCI shopping centar. Never drink that stuff before. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

"Zhuja" isn't bad either http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif. About "Teretno" Karlovachko, what can I say -- it's legendary..

Jasko76
01-05-2005, 07:27 AM
It's great! And I'm not saying it only 'cause I'm from Sarajevo. I brought some to my Swedish friends and they loved it! But don't buy it in half-liter bottles, .33l is for some reason much finer!

Jasko76
01-05-2005, 07:30 AM
Oh, btw... I got so darn drunk on Karlovacko on this new year's eave... I even vomited, which happens very rarely.

But Zhuja is great!

Atomic_Marten

Yeah, I know whatcha mean.. those .33s are better IMO.

But old habit is in stake when half-liter 'teretno' glass bottle is in question.. and that is the only exception form .33s rule, so far for me. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

I've been using IL-2 Manager for a long time, but since I installed IL-2:FB+ACE+PF and downloaded IL-2 Manager 5.0 Final 2 for PF I can't get it to remember the location of my il2fb.exe. Others seem to haver this problem too, but I haven't heard any solution to it. I've tried reinstalling everything and I've tried to enter the location manually into IL-2 Manager in different ways to no avail.

This really bothers me since I really enjoyed IL-2 Manager and it's functions. Has anyone else heard a way to fix this?

After my initial install, it wouldn't remember any settings until I launched the game with it, then it started to remember settings, including the game path. If it won't remember the path to launch, have Manager up and launch in the normal way. Then try it.

Your firewall may ask for some permissions for IL2 Manager to access IL2 also. Mine (ZoneAlarm) did.

The only other problem I've had, and I've had it since IL2 M 4.0, is that once in Spymode in the taskbar, I can't shut it down except with Windows Task Manager, or I have to run the game and then close it. I make sure not to have the option selected that sends Manager into Spymode after the game ends, otherwise Task Manager would be the only option.

Jasko ROTLFMAO, excellent pics http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif.

Ketalar, I have the same proble with this 'can't find your PF.exe' issue with IL2 Manager 5.0 final.

Some time it doesn't work, but now it miraculously have fixed by itself so now it is working properly )don't know what I do to make that happen, tho).

Also, I was very dissapointed when I found out that IL2 Manager was collecting data (gunnery accuracy) only form your online battles.. like Sturmolog.

Is there any program that do that *OFFLINE*?

Well, you have the same problem as I. Hope that it will be solved, tho. Another words, that someone who knows about it maybe help us out.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

With online stats, Sturmolog is very simple. But I do not know how to use IL2 Manager 5.0 to get *OFFLINE* mission statistic. I don't know if it's even possible http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif.

Guys, please help us out.

Start Manager, go to Configuration. Make sure the following are selected.
======
Auto save stats.
Display stats after mission.
After IL2 game, exit spymode.
======
Interface sounds are optional, but I like them.

Atomic_Marten may be correct, and no stats in offline. I need to do some testing to make sure.

As I understand it, 5.0 is for PF or FB+AEP+PF merged? I don't have AEP, so I still need 4.0 for FB right? After installing 5.0 (to a different directory), when I launch 4.0 for FB I get a message that IL2 Manager is already running, and I can't close the window. Only way to get rid of it is to kill the il2m.exe process in task manager.

So how do I get them both to work?

Cajun76

I don't know about the underlying code or anything, but you still point Manager to the il2fb.exe. There is no PF exe in the merged, not sure about stand alone, so I would think 5.0 works with all versions of FB. So you might need only one Manager installed. I would get AEP if possible, it's worth it.

Manager has some cheat protection built in, so if it detects more than one IL2 exe or Manager running it won't allow it.

Set it up to exit Spymode automatically.
