You have to map a key for it in the control set up - Anything you like. I use ctrl + W - prob. best to use something like that that requires two keystrokes, since it's a toggle and folding them by accident in midair is fun, but fatal....

i had it as ctrl w, but i ended up hitting ctrl e a few times by accident, so i changed eject to alt e hehe

Yeah, it's better to have it somewhere out of the way. I had it as w but I kept hitting it by mistake all the time so I changed it to ctrl+w. This still happens sometimes and it's not as fun as it sounds http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif.

thanks for the reply. one more thing, how do you turn on the object label? (the red and blue letters that let you identify friend and foe aircraft). sorry for being such a noob, the amount of keyboard buttons i need to remember for this game is quiet overwhelming, compare to WWII fighters.

thanks again

The Icons are a difficulty setting. There is a switch for them in the difficulty settings page accessible from the mission briefings.

Just wondering, was it possible in RL to fold the wings during flight? I mean, without the aid of a 30mm HE..

To change/disable icons, you have to assign a key to 'ICON TYPE'.

Why should anyone try this in real life?

You see, if something is possible it could be done by mistake..
