Propably sh4 wont be the atlantic theater, and for some of us that could be a problem, even so i would by that game also, but i have a propotion, why not instead of multiple submarines or uboats to build a certain type of a boat, but as good as it can get with all the details and evry year a newest one as an addon, i would by that again and again and with the dynamic campaing we could give job to ubi for a long time. See what hapen with our flightsim friends.

WO: Prepare tube SH4

Even if they modelled the atlantic, which they are not, I won't be buying the game. Some engine, same bugs, same advertised stuff that never appeared, same crappy service.
This game could have been so much more than what it is.

Well, I will buy.

It's just that I wish they would work on a DC2 as well and throw in a bit of human controlled air action via the flying boats (and more, but that'll be enough for now).

I have no interest in the Pacific theater and another well promoted but never finished subsim from Ubisoft, so I won't buy it!

Let Sid Meier do a Silent Service III, he has the knowledge to produce a good subsim but not Ubisoft.

It may not be perfect but it is perfectly good enough particularly with great mod makers fixing things.

As long as it does not have Starforce.

If it has that, I will not want it.

I want to blast Japs not be screwed by Russians!

That should be constantly driven home by everyone.
Even if you were lucky not to have SF screw up your PC this time, why spin the revolver cylinder and pull the trigger hoping it won't mess up your PC brain this time.

Make it clear to UBI. We want SH4 but with SF we will walk!

Definitely. Not the way to go, and if after all the controversy over Star Force, they use it again, I'm sure there will a lot fewer sales than otherwise.

I just bought Red Orchestra, which uses the Steam protection method. I've not had any experience with that particular method, but I have to say it is alright by me. I can use the game on any PC in my house, but my game play is tied to my Steam account. No problem, I just log in and play. No need for the disc to be in the drive, potential headaches avoided. I'm happy and the game company is happy, no pirated game.

WS, Red Orchestra is a Soviet WWII infantry combat sim. I have it, but have never used it due to problems getting Steam set up correctly. Sigh. Oh well... I hear it is (or was?) a rather nicely done simulation.
