A guy talked well about it over on the AVSIM's forum.

This company does sells most of it's equipment to the U.S. military. If it is getting into the civilian market and it's stuff takes off, now is the time to buy it's stock. I have had 3000 shares for some time. I first heard of this company in cpu magazine a few years ago, it is the number one company for this type of display and has a lot of patents on it.

I like the look of this much better than track IR, as you actually move your head in the direction you are looking with this outfit, instead of just the opposite. Next time I am bucks-up, I am going to look at the link above really hard.
The way I fan the hat and view buttons when I am in a dogfight, I might just snap my neck if I have to actually move my head to look around, but what a way to go maybe?

Completely useless for me and many others too........

You cant see your hands! ! ! ! ! !

And by that I mean the plethetora of keys and switches needed to get a fighter/bomber in the air.

Until a voice recognition program that works 100% its kinda gonna be a FPS market gadget.

I wouldn't touch those things with a ten foot pole, lol. They look VERY "iffy" to me, look at the demo video. It's just a bunch of random game footage with shots spliced in of a guy wearing the glasses getting into and out of cars and planes. What's this supposed to demonstrate? How cool they look?

Maybe they really work, but I bet there are big negatives to go along with any positives. I would have to hear testimonials from people I trust or see them myself before I had any faith at all that they were for real. Edimensional 3D glasses taught me to beware of 3D anything, and I've heard that any VR goggles made to date just suck.
