View Full Version : Complaint regarding Ubisoft Support

I am usually the last one to complain about things but this is the second time it has happened to me.
I am from The Netherlands, Europe and my native language is Dutch.
Me contacting Ubisoft Support has always been in English as that is the Universal language of this planet.

The last two responses received from Ubisoft Support are in German (after 5 days waiting on a small side note)
Now, Google Translate does solve some parts of it however this is not what I expected of Ubisoft and as logical as it is, not everything is fully translated / correctly translated with Google Translate.

If Ubisoft is in need of employees for Support services than please contact me and with my experience you'll have an excellent deal.
