Sup y'all. I've been looking on the web for a full transcript of everything said or written in AC. There isn't any (if you've been luckier in your search, let me know). There's only quotes. But you can do more with a full transcript.
So I've just reinstalled AC and I'm about to start transcribing everything, not just the dialogs, but also the notes in the Animus interface and even the blood stains on the walls in Desmond's room.
I'd appreciate it if people joined in on the effort.
The way I'm gonna go about it is by using audio recording software which will allow me to pause and replay dialogs.

If you want in on the full transcript effort, I can send you my save files to fully unlock AC so that you'll be able to transcribe any conversation you want.

Here's the transcript from the first memory block.
BTW, if I don't see anyone else contributing, I'll just stop posting.

Malek: Wait! there must be another way. this one need not die.
Qadar: An excellent kill. Fortune favors your blade.
Altair: Not fortune, skill. Watch a while longer and you might learn something.
Malek: Indeed, he'll teach you to disregard everything the master's taught us.
Altair: and how would you have done it?
Malek: I would not have drawn attention to us. I would not have taken the life of an innocent. What I would have done is follow the Creed.
Altair: nothing is true, everything is permitted. Understand these words. It matters not how we complete our task, only that it's done.
Malek: But this is not the way...
Altair: my way's better.
Malek: I will scout ahead. Try not to dishonor us further.
Qadar: What is our mission? My brother would say nothing to me, only that I should be honored to be invited.
Altair: The Master believes the Templar have found something beneath the Temple Mount.
Qadar: Treasure!
Altair: I do not know. All that matters is the Master considers it important else he would not have asked me to retrieve it.

=================

Malek: There! that must be the Ark!
Qadar: The... Ark... of the Covenant?
Altair: don't be silly! there's no such thing! It's just a story
Qadar:Then what is it?
Malek:Quiet! Someone's coming!

Robert: I want this through this gate before sunrise. The sooner we possess it, the sooner we can turn our attention to those jackals at Masyaf.
Altair: Robert de Sable! His life is mine!
Malek: No! you were asked to retrieve the treasure and deal with Robert only if necessary.
Altair: he stands between us and it. I'd say it's necessary.
Malek: Discretion Altair!
Altair: you mean cowardice! That man is our greatest enemy. And here we have a chance to be rid of him.
Malek: You have already broken two tenets of our Creed. Now you would break the third. Do not compromise the Brotherhood.
Altair: I am you superior, in both title and ability. you should know better than to question me.
==============
Altair: Hold Templars! You are not the only ones with business here!
Robert: Ah! well, this explains my missing man. and what is it you want?
Altair: Blood.
Malek: No! Don't!
Robert: You know not the things in which you meddle assassin. I spare you only that you may return to your master and deliver a message. The holy land is lost to him and his.
He should flee now while he has the chance. Stay and all of you will die.
...
Men, to arms! Kill the assassins!
==============
Raoof: Altair, you've returned!
Altair: Raoof.
Raoof: it is good to see you unharmed. I trust your mission was a success.
Altair: is the Master in his tower?
Raoof: yes yes, burried in his books as always. No doubt he expects you.
Altair: my thanks, brother.
Raoof: Safety and peace, Altair.
Altair: on you as well.
==============
Abass: Ah, he returns at last!
Altair: Abass.
Abass: Where are the others? Did you ride ahead hoping to be the first one back? I know you are loathe to share the glory. Silence is just another form of ascent.
Altair: have you nothing better to do?
Abass: I bring word from the Master: he waits for you in the library. Best hurry, no doubt you're eager to put your tongue to his boot.
Altair: another word and I'll put my blade to your throat!
Abass: There'll be plenty of time for that later, brother!
==============
Guard at entrance of library: It is an honor.
==============
Guard at back garden entrance: The master waits within.
==============
Al Muallim: Altair.
Altair: Master!
Al Muallim: Come forward. Tell me of your mission. I trust you have recovered the Templars' treasure.
Altair: there was some trouble, master. Robert de Sable was not alone.
Al Muallim: when does our work ever goes as expected? It's our ability to adapt that makes us who we are.
Altair: this time it was not enough.
Al Muallim: what do you mean?
Altair: I have failed you.
Al Muallim: the Treasure?
Altair: lost to us.
Al Muallim: and Robert?
Altair: escaped.
Al Muallim: I send you, my best man, to complete a mission than any that has come before and you return to me with nothing but apologies and excuses?!
Altair: I did...
Al Muallim: do not speak! Not another word! This is not what I expected. We'll need to mount another force.
Altair: I swear to you I'll find him. I'll go and...
Al Muallim: No! You'll do nothing. You've done enough! Where are Malek and Qadar?
Altair: Dead.
Malek: No! Not dead!
Al Muallim: Malek!
Malek: I still live at least!
Al Muallim: and your brother?
Malek: Gone! Because of you!
Altair: Robert through me from the roof, there was no way back! Nothing I could do!
Malek: because you would not heed my warning! All of this could have been avoided! And my brother... my brother would still be alive! Your arrogance nearly cost us victory today.
Al Muallim: nearly?
Malek: I've watched your favored fail to find. Here, take it! Though it seems I've returned with more than just their Treasure.
Unnamed Assassin: Master, we are under attack! Robert de Sable lays siege to Masyaf's village!
Al Muallim: so he seeks a battle! Very well, I'll not deny him. Go, inform the others. The fortress must be prepared. As for you Altair, our discussion will have to wait.
You must make for the village. Destroy these invaders, drive them from our home!
Altair: It will be done.
================
Assassin at gate: Altair, it's good you've come: we need your help.
Altair: What's happened?
AAG: Templars! they attacked the village. Most of our people were able to get away. Most, but not all.
Altair: what do you need me to do?
AAG: Distract the Templars, keep them occupied while I rescue those still trapped inside.
Altair: as you wish.
================
Assassin in village: Break off the attack and return to Masyaf! Al Muallim commands it!
================
Driller: Altair come, Al Muallim's not done with us yet.
Altair: where are we going?
Driller: up there! We've a surprise planned for our guests. Just do as I do. It should become clear soon enough.
---
Driller: stand on that platform, Altair.
---
Robert: Heretic! Return what you have stolen from me!
Al Muallim: You've no claim to it, Robert! Take yourself from here before I am forced to thin your ranks further!
Robert: you play a dangerous game.
Al Muallim: I assure you this is no game.
Robert: so be it! Bring forth the hostage. Your village lays in ruins and your stores are hardly endless. How long before your fortress crumbles from within? How disciplined will your men remain when the wells run dry and the food is gone?
Al Muallim: my men do not fear death, Robert, they welcome it and the rewards it brings.
Robert: Good! Then they shall have it all around!
Driller: Follow me and do so without hesitation.
Al Muallim: show this fool knight what it is to have no fear. Go to God!
2nd Assassin: Aye! Ah! Oh, my leg! Ah! Oh, my leg!
Driller: Quiet! Or the Templars will hear us.
---
Driller: I’ll stay behind and tend to him. You’ll have to go ahead without us. The ropes there will bring you to a trap we’ve set. Go and release it, rain death upon our enemies!
=========
Al Muallim: you did well to drive Robert from here. His force is broken; it shall be a long while before he troubles us again. Tell me, do you know why it is you are successful? … You listened! Were it that you listened in Solomon’s Temple, Altair, all of this would have been avoided.
Altair: I did as I was asked.
Al Muallim: No, you did as you pleased! Malek has told me of the arrogance you displayed, you disregard for our ways!
Altair: What are you doing?!
Al Muallim: there are rules. We are nothing if we do not abide by the Assassiyoon’s Creed: three simple tenets which you seem to forget. I will remind you. First and foremost, stay your blade…
Altair: from the flesh of an innocent, I know!
Al Muallim: and stay your tongue! Unless I give you leave to use it. If you are so familiar with this tenet then why did you kill the old man inside the Temple? He was innocent. He did not need to die. Your insolence knows no bounds. Make humble your heart, child, or I swear I’ll tear it from you with my own hands. The second tenet is that which gives us strength. Hide in plain sight, let the people mask you such that you become one with the crowd. You remember?! Cause as I hear it you chose to expose yourself, drawing attention before you’d struck! The third and final tenet, the worst of all your betrayals: never compromise the brotherhood. Its meaning should be obvious. Your actions must never bring harm upon us, direct or indirect. Yet your selfish act beneath Jerusalem placed us all in danger, worse still you brought the enemy to our home! Every man we lost today was lost because of you. I’m sorry, truly I am but I cannot abide a traitor.
Altair: I am not a traitor!
Al Muallim: Your actions indicate otherwise. And so you leave me no choice. Peace be upon you, Altair.
Altair: Ah!

why do you want to do this?

I liked the pragmatic approach of the Assassins. The script is well-written IMO. And I want it to be searchable and easily browsable by myself and other fans so we can quote it more easily and accurately, because we usually quote from memory. But it looks like Wikiquote has already done something very close to a full transcript, so instead of reinventing the wheel, I'll just help them edit the mistakes in their page.

You can try wikiquote.com (http://wikiquote.org/), they've got nearly all the dialogue of AC1. They've got plenty of other texts as well, I input the Far Cry 2 Jackal tape quotes. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

It's the pyramid Desmond saw through his eagle vision.

I guess this means he must be a templar operative who has infiltrated the forums. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/59.gif

Yeah, I play too many games...

I hated Far Cry 2.
When I first left the compound with the 2 factions, and was chillin' while driving the roads, some newbs started to attack me!
WTF?! CAN'T A BROTHER HAVE SOME PEACE?! WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE TO COME TO VIOLENCE?!

Lol, that game is so retro. My brother used to play it back in the 90's.

Can anybody remember what that guy at the VERY beginning of the game said? You know, when you first start playing and your in this garden with a bunch of girls and you hear this guy but you can't really see him.

This may be a little late since it's been almost a week since you asked, but that guy is Al Mualim. He says,
I applied my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly. But I perceive that this was also a chasing of the wind. For in much wisdom, there is much grief. And he who increaseth knowledge increaseth sorrow.
It's from Ecclesiastes in the Bible.
