I got my codex edition two weeks ago and was super happy. Play.com had screwed up the delivery and everything that could go wrong did, but finally the game arrived, the game I had pre-ordered in september, it was finally here. I was so excited but in all the rush I ripped 2-5 digits of my exclusive code when I took the sticker of. I was freaked out and asked the forums what to do, the forum manager Mr_Shade told me to contact ubisoft support.
I contacted ubisoft and they said that the code might be replaced if I updated the question with pictures and a receipt. I did that but they never responded and updated the question solved. Since then I have sent them this question 3 times but they always update the question solved immedietly. I can't take this "silent tretment" from ubisoft anymore, it is driving me crazy. Does someone know what I could do because I really want my code. Could someone tell me how many digits their code is so I can try to re-create mine and if a forum manager reads this please help.

Hi AltairAuditorex
I had exactly the same problem, as have a few other people. I did the same as you I contacted UBi and they said they needed pictures of various things and it took me ages to get them all of a good enough quality and when they were they suddenly stopped correspondance. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif
I was angry but waited a few weeks and JUST as i was on the verge of writing a very strongly worded letter to them, they sent me my code. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
My advice is: wait a bit longer, make sure all the required pictures are encosed and in enough detail. If they still don't reply, phone them up. Good luck, I understand how horrible it feels, stay strong. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
