Nice, do little bow fishing normally just for carp, yet often use prop cavitation for bringing up Musky & even Marlin close to the boat for fly fishing....Good clip http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

Nothing, probably just see the propwash as possibly a school of baitfish....

Those be asian carp, they are a non native species, they're a big problem putting out native species and taking over, they jump because the sound of the boat, and they just beat the heck out of people. Imagine a 30 pound carp hitting you in the chest while your doing 30 mph in a boat. I have seen stuff about sturgeon doing the same thing and they're even bigger http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

I'll bet anything you like that someone has already been killed doing that, with an arrow through the head.

Fun yes, Unsafe and downright stupid, definately!!

People used to dynamite fish in area in the Tennessee Valley known as Loyston Point when I was kid.It was quite a sight to see as a child http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif

With a shotgun(or a little GE),it'd be like waterborne skeet;since they're a pest,and not a native gamefish. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/partyhat.gif

LOL, Have you ever even shot a bow? It doesn't get much sportier than that if you ask me. However, it is VERY unsafe with multiple boats. I agree with Gog that if someone hasn't been killed yet.....they will be.

That looks like the Illinois River where I grew up. I know the area code on that phone # is the same area I lived in. Takes a lot of skill to hit a small moving target like that, and looks like fun, but those guys are NUTS!
