how will your league be different than the others already out there?
Do you own/run dedicated servers?
What theaters/years/planes are you using?
rules?

You'll need to advertise to me a little better than just posing a link.

i'm just asking to be and informed customer.

Excellent questions.

1. I am personally not aware of any other IL2 leagues in operation at this time.
2. We own and operate our own game servers. This year, we are adding USL Teamspeak services and making it available to any teams that wish to use it. We are also giving Liaisons secured access for for the Liaison Hall meetings.
3. The competition theaters will run from 1939 to 1945 and be based on historical battles and conflicts. We are currently entertaining the idea of a 1945/46 hypothetical battle involving the late model plane sets.

For more information, go to www.uslglobal.com (http://www.uslglobal.com) and register on our forums.

Again, getting your team registered for this seasons competition needs to be done soon!

Thanks,

I believe they are as follows m8

Draft League Rules

2. The winner of each round will be awarded 1 point.
3. The winner of the combined total of both rounds will be awarded 1 point.

Eligibility
1. All teams must be registered for the Closed and/or Open Cockpit League.
2. All pilots must be registered in the USL forum.

Team Composition
1. Minimum team size for team registration is 8.
2. Defined match team size is 8.
3. Teams may play understrength and unbalanced to a minimum of 4.
4. Teams may play overstrength by an agreed and balanced number.

Match Play
1. Each match will consit of 2 rounds of 45 minutes each.
2. Each round will be flow alternately in an Allied and Axis Plane set.
3. Missions and Plane sets will be historically based.
4. There will be a 15 minute break between rounds.

Match Rules
1. Vulching is permitted.
2. Teams must use correct national markings.
3. Each team aircraft must bear a unique identification marking.
4. Bail out will be disabled.
5. Downed or landed aircraft must refly immediately.

This is what I've seen, and I've had a blast flying in the last couple years it's been running.

those rules seem fair and leave little room for disagreements.

the reason i was asking about the rules was to see if you included the most vital and fair rule in leagues of this nature and that was...
"2. Each round will be flow alternately in an Allied and Axis Plane set."
and you did. this rule eliminates arguements of plane bias that usualy kills morale.
