No, this isn't about getting the "Personal Vendetta" achievement but the movie that was on NBC recently. I thought this this would be apropriate since it basically involves the same mythology as AC.

Did anyone happen to see it? It's a little anti-climatic but it was pretty cool.

I didn't know they made a movie out of it. A TV movie, I gather?

Is it the same story as the book by Raymond Khoury? I really liked the book.

I haven't read the book but from what i read on the NBC forums the movie deviates quite a bit from the original story.

It's not the best made-TV-movie but i found it interesting since it relates to the story of AC.

I has seen an add or commercial for it but never caught when it was on. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

What do you mean by "mythology"? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

Tela realy any history will have some innacuracies and as time goes by the inacuracies will get worse so alot of the things about the Knights Templar does probly have alot of myth to make the history go the way the writer wants.

The previews looked kind of lame. =/

I read the book then saw this movie. To be honest it was a pretty poor adaptation, but it did provide a few good facts about the Templars

I never read the book but I did watch the movie and I liked it some what. I donít like made for TV movies but the story was pretty interesting and overall it wasnít that lame. With the whole treasure theme it reminded me of the National Treasure movies just more focused on the Templar treasure.

NBC has both parts available on there website. nbc.com/the-last-templar/

wasnt the first national treasure to find the templars tresure? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/shady.gif

I havenít watched that movie in a while but I think the treasure originally came from the Templars and transferred to the freemasons.
