Although, I am an omnivore, I definitely lean more towards the carnivore side, with steak or any type of BBQ being high on my list of favorites.

A BBQ chain called Famous Dave's (http://www.famousdaves.com/) has one of my favorite all-time burgers.

The Ultimate BBQ Burger - A juicy ground beef patty beneath a pile of Georgia chopped pork, two strips of jalapeņo bacon, melted Cheddar cheese, and our signature Beam & Cola sauce.

The Texas Manhandler is my other favorite from there. The sandwich that separates the men from the boys: real Texas beef brisket and zesty hot link sausage, sliced thin, piled high, and crowned with Hell-Fire Pickles.

Mmmmm....BBQ........(_8(P) *drool*

That article was awesome, despite the groan inducing food puns, lol. This is the way it should be done, I would like nothing more than the complete and utter destruction of the industrial meat industry.

I am a fairly big fan of anything involving bacon..

Also, grilling.. Anytime is a good time to grill even during a January Snowstorm in Wisconsin.

I have become a particular fan of New York Strip marinated in Tequila and rubbed slightly with coffee rub.

Only problem is getting good meat out here is about as hard as getting good non-factory organic milk.
