I sent a friend of mine some screenshots i made in il2. I asked him to do something with them and showed him the pictures i saw in here and were edited with photoshop. As i am a total nitwit with photoshop i was very impressed with his work. Check this out.

Nice screens. The shadow of the plane over the city is way too large though http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_razz.gif

btw, there's already a screenshots thread. Try to keep the forums clean http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

first one and last one were decent. The others were off in some respects and just not my cup of tea. To much real picture to make it appear believable to me.

Anyone who has seen the all the 'When/Where/I Have PF' threads can not possibly say anything about the relatively few screenshot threads.

Anyway, the first pic actually looks good in a cartoonish way. That may not be the intent but it is a nice change from the acccurate vintage-style shots.

I agree about the shadow in the second pic though. If one were to be forgiving you could go on about the shadow being some sort of metaphor... but I think it's just a stuffup. The colour turned out okay though.
