Ok i have cleared out the whole area of Germans *except* the manhole opening in the centre of the town (2nd mission). How on earth do i clear out the Germans from there????
I have tried throwing dozens of grenades in but they just bounce off and miss. I cannot climb down the shaft? I've fired RPGs at it and every conceivable weapon that i can find!!
I've even parked an armoured car over it and blew it up -thinking it would kill the germans- but nope i still can't finish this mission!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/53.gif

What do i do??

Seems to be a bug in the map, the first time I played it I cleared the enite map of germans but it still wouldent complete.
Second time I just elininated the tigers and it was game over http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yep it's a bug...thanks.

I cleared the area and the manhole wasn't 'mentioned' again. I also noticed lots and lots of small bugs like germans just standing there when you are right mext to them, almost like the AI goes to sleep??

Also the second mission is crazy!! You need a battery BUT the radar STILL blows up!!?? I do not like the invisible timing either -what's with the 'you must get to point A or B in a set time, or it's a fail' http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_mad.gif
This game could/should be about open ended play, defeat the 'whomever' what ever way you can -that's why SHOWWII had great replayability.

Not about chasing clocks.

I agree with the silent timers. Especially when they can cause a failure for certain quests.

If you find it annoying you can set the game speed to one and it will be really slow, giving you more time to make decisions. I do that sometimes when I need to think fast.
