My X800 SE card is FAST and plays everything flawlessly...except PF. This is the only game I've ever played with this problem. BIG frikkin square where the sun flare is supposed to be and now I get a little frikkin square where the pipper is supposed to be in no cockpit view. This sucks!

I tell people all the time: Don't buy ATI.

Running 3.04M yet? Thats supposed to fix that problem...Also has to do with the driver version.

Try Catalyst 4.7 or 5.1.

nVidia cards aren't without their share of problems either. Like black water and distance display corruption.

Don't buy if all you play is PF, which is probably you. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Yeah, with that ATI card, you'll want to realign your sub-space transmitters prior to installing the flux-capacitor. Its really easy n00bz, just extract the quazer multivibrator pack using transister arrays, hex-edit the binary release valve, and bit-bang the values down the I2C bus.

ATI, industry leader in fiddly-bits and tweak production.

There is a tech forum here. Turn off all compression. Install 3.04. Use suggested settings at setup screen.

Er... Wouldn't this be more of a problem of the program than ATI?
