Its time to upgrade, been putting it off but I'm starting to have difficulties with my present setup.

I've selected a new MotherBoard, ASUS P6X58D ($299) with an i7-620 CPU (289). Memory is Mushkins 998691 Enhanced Redline 6Gb for (240)
A Windows 7 OS for ($105) taking us to about ($932). I presently have a Corsair HX850W Power Supply, WD Raptor 74Gb Hard Drive and new case waiting for more parts inside. The Graphics card will be purchased later if its not under the tree.

Staying close to the above financially ($950-$1000) would there be any suggestions over those selected above. Very much appreciated.
