I thought that seeing as how Ubisoft advertise play.com as the only source to buy the black edition(even though gamestop also sold them) it would be best to post here as play.com have no forums or contact service

i ordered AC2 Black edition on the 29th of october and it still hasnt arrived, i know it doesnt take this long to ship from england to ireland, i've gotten things off ebay 3 days after i ordered them

As i have said, play.com have no contact email and on their twitter, they have a lot of complaints about post times

i was wondering if i could get a refund from ubisoft or a contact email for play.com

Hey mate,

Yeah - I can get games from the US in three days, and I live in Norway. Yet I still haven't received my Black edition - I managed to find out an email address for the 'customer care departmen'.. customer care my ***.
the email is: customercare@play.com

They basically just asked me to wait for 21 days, after 21 days THEN they will do something about why I haven't received my game. I hope you have more luck than I did.
