A game with modern subs but with the graphic engine of SHIII wouldn't be cool ... ? I admit that i would really like to see a modern sub simulator ( i havent played a decent modern sub sim since the days of "Janes 688 hunter killer" )

What about a modern sub game based in the cold war era, say from '55-70 or so? Noisy nukes, and plenty of diesel-electrics, with a hint of technology but still some periscope hunting action.

I havent played a good modern sub sim since Red Storm Rising. UBI DIG THIS GAME UP NOW AND INPROVE IT!!! Its a OLD I meam 3 1/4 inch flopy old. It was a big seller when it came out. Youl atract yongins and old people alike. It spans from the 50's to the 80's(the 80's is when the book is based)and the Seawolf class sub. Oh god that was a fun game. Give it a SHIII navagation systim, and a bunch of graphic and few game addions. And BOOM!!! Instant seller.

Dangerous Waters, as has already been mentioned, is THE modern sub simulation. Highly recommended for anyone interested in modern ASW/ASuW warfare.

BUT: Dangerous Waters IS a detailed simulation. If manual torpedo attacks in SH3 are already too complicated for you then you'd better play something else... http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
