I've just thought of something cool. you know how in pictures of crew stationed in their quarters you sometimes see them playing cards. I thought when you want to kill some time in the game you could go play poker or some other card games with your crew. That way you shouldn't have to spend the whole time staring at your CE while underwater. Eventually someone could add this when you can walk through every compartment. just an idea

Lol. I mentioned that to my mate a couple of weeks ago...a game within the game, playing Skat with the crew. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Hum, minigames will be nice idd. So you can win medals from some of your officers.

Or play monopoly !!!

Just kidding. But simple german card game, or something in that stile will be nice.

I have to disagree. As the captain of the boat you must maintain authority, which means for instance you do not gamble with your crew.

I guess, but how do you really maintain your authority with a virtual crew? Glare at the screen occasionally? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Anyone who can simulate authority wins a cookie, because that would be pretty cool.

I wouldn't mind minigames, since this game certainly has the pacing for them. Writing in the journal would actually also fill this gap quite nicely. I write a hard copy journal, and if I could do it directly into the game, I would have a novel for each patrol.

I cant imagine it would be that fulfilling keeping a journal where 98% of the time you do nothing except stare at the sea. It would read like you'd imagine Anne Franks diary would...

Monday: Stayed in again.
Tuesday: Stayed in again.
Wednesday: Stayed in again
Thursday: Stayed in...

Personally I sit and read books or practice card and coin tricks while waiting for something to happen or be spotted, so I'm being as realistic as any other bored crewmember when off duty.
