Heading North through the Kattegat (December 20, 1939 - GWX 2.1) ....

I consulted "Moon Phases - Sun rise and set times for 1939 to 1945" by Andy Pratt ....

allowing for the time difference between Greenwich and U-15's position, the Sun rose precisely to the minute indicated in the chart!

When the moon eventually rose, the phase was exactly as stated in the chart!

Kudos to Andy, the GWX team, and the SH3 developers!

Just goes to show, SH3 is no arcade game. I think it's one of the best simulators around, and all thanks to the modders. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

I'm new to SH3 and GWX2,1, and must say, every time I play this sim, I find something new to be amazed with. These programs far exceed my expectations. Kudos to all involved!!!
