airspeed/altitude display variations

Hi Folks - Can anyone provide the method in Pacific Fighters for converting the displayed airspeed/altitude from the default km/h & meters to mph & feet (or knots & feet in the case of US Naval aircraft)? Thanks for any help on this!

Set a key in controls for the command "Toggle Speedbar"

Thanks for the advice, guys...now a big help being able to switch to the correct airspeed/altitude measure for each aircraft.
