Proves that the Spitfire is a powerful aphrodisiac. One low pass and the presenter is just gagging for it. "F*ck me F*ck me F*CK ME!" http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Sad loss which will never be replaced. They were the best modern opinion we had on the fighting qualities of these planes, they had flown so many types and really tested them.

Great clip!

Mark and Ray Hanna, they didnt just fly these warbirds, they thrashed and tested them. Ray is flying the Spit in that clip with the commentator above. See how hes barely 1 metre above the ground at one point.

Ray Hanna flying under a bridge in a SPitfire. He said it was 'No big deal' :-

MArk thrashing a SPitfire :-

Full clip of Spitfire in Piece of Cake TV series :-

MArk died during a BF109 display and Ray died of old age.

They could afford to thrash the planes because they were their own aircraft - they owned them. They didnt have to be careful like most pilots do as they are flying someone else plane.

I knew Mark died in a Buchon crash, but I had no idea about Ray. Well, I can only hope my life will get at least a fraction as fulfilled as theirs was!
