I thought I'd start a thread with photos of the planes we will be getting in the patch.

Please only post the types that we will get in the patch, and indicate if they will be flyable.

Here goes; the link leads to a walk-around of the MC 200 (flyable), sorry I don't know which mark it is.

I quite like the MC 200 actually, IIRC Clive Caldwell said it gave their P-40's a fairer fight as compared to G.50's and such. I reckon it looks brutier than the MC 205, but in terms of performance...http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Speaking of aircraft we're getting...

Does anybody know what kind of bombs it was able to carry and what it's max. payload was?

The Raiden looks quite cool. Looking forward to test it. Looking from the side, however, it looks like a Zero, that ended up a bit too short, but too fat http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Does anybody know what kind of bombs it was able to carry and what it's max. payload was?

According to my sources, payloads were as follows:

2x1323lb bombs
5x551lb bombs
12x220lb bombs

Although the SM.79 was able to carry two torpedoes, it was found that doing so affected the flight characteristics too much, so operationally, only one 860kg torpedo was carried, on the port side of the fuselage.

The D0-335 has a HUGE internal bomb bay as well, I think it can handle a 1000 lb bomb!

Gee the S.79 would be nice, I could finish off my "Operation Pedestal" mission.
