Ubisoft, if you are reading this, then please reconsider the limits you are imposing here. Add an offline mode, even if it only lasts a few days before a reconnection is required. Otherwise you are going to drive PC gamers away.

Any players who experienced the AC2 problems first hand can let us know what they think about this in the comments below. Does it make you feel better, or just make you more angry Ubisoft is continuing down this path for PC games?

This subjects been talked to death on here, tis' old news.

The DRM is here to stay... Deal wae' it!

After having to wipe all game data off my computer so I could reinstall it to get rid of a bug (which it did), I could play right from where I'd gotten to (Venice), and did not have to start over.

So personally, I love it! And have never had a problem with having to use a connection at all. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Of course, I play the game on a pretty awesome, well-maintained "gaming" computer with great internet connection. Probably makes a difference...
