I'd like in a very similar fashion to prior posts to thank Oleg and his team for producing an excellent and entertaining flight simulator program. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I didn't touch flight sims most of my life, but when I gave IL2 Forgotten Battles a try in April 2003, I fell in love.

Granted, there are always bugs and things to be worked on, but thats the same with any computer game. I find it amazing that Oleg and crew have had the patience to even read some of the nonsense spewed at them, which at times has even come to things as petty as personal insults.

This is one customer who appreciates the effort and work Oleg and crew have dedicated to their fine product and honestly hope that they don't lose their patience in listening to customer concerns with the wave of childish flamers and whiners that seem to have raided the boards.

Many thanks again. http://ubbxforums.ubi.com/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I wholeheartedly agree. Outstanding job by the crew. While I'll always take a free addon or a pay addon with new aircraft, I'm extremely happy with what we've got. It is impossible to cater to an audience as wide as that of IL-2/FB, but Oleg and his team have done a superb job of including aircraft that are as appealing to a wide range of people. Never will everyone be completely pleased, but everyone should count their blessings with this sim and the future products (addons). While they may not get to fly the most obscure aircraft from the WWII era, they will get to fly a wide variety of planes from both sides.

Fantastic job Oleg and Crew, and thank you very much for your work.
