I am currently working on the C.E.M. section in the IL2 Online Manual (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/23110283/m/3041067633)

C.E.M. Introduction (http://airwarfare.com/mediawiki-1.4.5/index.php?title=C.E.M._Introduction)

We need some help in adding details about specific aircraft settings for prop pitch radiator, supercharger and any other CEM tips the experts may have.

I have added comments by WTE_Galway and ZG77_Lignite to the
Prop Pitch page (http://airwarfare.com/mediawiki-1.4.5/index.php?title=Prop_Pitch) to give an idea of what we are looking for.

Please feel free to add to/edit the above section or post here and I can add your comments to the manual.

Thanks In Anticipation!!

Thanks for doing this Eurosnoopy, I was looking through the Guide yesterday and these are some of the sections I need.

I have been playing with CEM on for some time and cycle radiator flaps, turn on WEP etc., but have yet to try adjusting prop pitch or switch chargers. I am wondering how much performance I'm missing? Guess it depends a lot on the plane and / or altitude? I'm flying mainly 109s and 190s at the moment.

Now that I have a new X52 I've got no excuse on the hardware side http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif.

Please don't thank me, credit is due to Jeff 'Vulgar' Gerhardt who wrote the original CEM Guide, WTE_Galway, ZG77_Lignite and ClnlSandersLite whose comments I lifted from the forums.

You might want to open a section on the difference on liquid-cooled and air-cooled engines. The radiator section is too abstract on how the liquid cooled engines really work.

You might want to mentioned other critical infomations like power banding.
