I think it would be cool to build in a rescue feature. Pilots downed in the Channel had a limited amount of time to survive if they ended up in the water w/ out a dingy. Not sure how they would do it but a spotter plane or a witness would have to communicate with the appropriate contact to start the process. Some interesting missions would be for pilots to search a sector for downed pilots and then radio the information back to their command center. Both sides would have this ability. So, part of that preflight check would be to ensure that dingy is packed and ready to deploy in the event of being shot down.

even in a boat, north sea, and other places arent a very nice place to be
