A 'good' landing is one from which you can walk away. A 'great'
landing is one after which they can use the plane again<center>

Yes dodgy question. I ask myself why don`t you just try and see what happens?

hmmm

strange things afoot in this thread

most games i own are not original, but i don't often play most games i own.

i paid 29.99 for FB, play it all the time and think that everyone should pay for games that they like or play often.

if we didn't do this then ultimately games would not be made anymore (or good ones anyway)

BTW this post is just a "BTW" and is not directed at anyone who may or may not have bought FB. /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif

This is one game that deserves your money. You should know that after you have played a bit.

Absolutely! This game is worth every $32.09 that I paid for it! The reason that I PAY for games is to support the developer ( Oleg and his crew ) which in turn supports him to make greater and better games than FB in the future.

Yes, and this is especially important in our dying genre. If you like a flight sim, buy it and support the developers - they don't make much money off of it anyway.

If all games' prices were this worth, piracy wouldn't exist. But who'd want to pay 50 bucks for a game and discover he's disappointed?

I remember the times when the commercial versions were preceded by a shareware version with a significant portion of the game, just enough to know if you wanted more or not.

But since HD space has gone so far, the demos are smaller and smaller, and don't give an accurated view of the full game. You can find that your brand new game is worth just a few hours of ¿fun?. Then you forget it completely.

Il-2 FB is a long-life game. If your system does allow it, you can play it three years from now, and still have fun.

I feel guilty. I have bought 2 games this last two years... FB and IL2. I even live in Kuwait where games are 3 to 6 bucks a pirated copy. I have no use for this. I would rather pay for a game if it is worth it. To say I got my moneys worth out of IL2/FB is like saying I like watching J Lo dance. Its Stupid to even hesitate. Buy the darn game!
