Hi all

I have a question concerning the replacement of the core dll's with the new ones recently released. Most of you have heard of the "wobble" problem solved by changing il2_core.dll to il2_coreP4.dll.
Now, my question is: to install the new dll's, should I simply replace my present "corrected" il2_coreP4.dll with the new one of the same name, or should I replace it with il2_core.dll, and then rename it after the installation to il2_coreP4.dll?
Bascially, I am asking how to install the new .dll's such that the "fix" applied to get rid of the wobble problem is still effective.
Thanks in advance for your help! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

Just want to point out that you may end up dissapointed with all this (fixing the "wobble").

Try to make a high quality NRTK and when you apply changes that are supposed to fix the problem make another one and compare.

Or better yet come visit this thread in CWoS FB forum if you are interested; it deals specifically with 402 wobblemania:

Tracks, suggestions, experiences and again tracks as some kind (most important IMHO http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif) of reference point about most issues in this game.

I fixed the annoying yaw wobble (after reading all the posts) by installing and using FoolTrottels IL2-Sticks utility and turning up the filtering. http://www.airwarfare.com/Sims/FB/fb_essential_files.htm#087
Refer to this for more details.

It was easy and effective.
