I have a request from one of the community members who have little to no problems or wobble...would you post a short track of one of the more wobbly planes like the P-47 or Spitfire for me to download.

Trouble is, I don't know if my patch is working correctly or not. I'd like to see a plane put through its paces...roll, dive, climb, yaw etc and a bit about the controller and stick settings....from someone who isn't having trouble. I don't think I am, but I keep reading posts about no wobble...I am getting wobble, but I had it in 4.01 so it just seemed normal...albiet way to excessive.

Thanks in advance...I aught to be able to compare and see if my version is working as well....I find that the WW view with the little pipper to work best as the pipper is the indicator of oscillations for those that want to compare the same.

Just increase filtering an all axes. It worked for me. Sadly, I have neither the time nor desire to make a track. Oops.

Bump for the request...Maybe one of the Mod's can make some space...

Inquiring minds have to know...you know!

You will know m8, If you are not sure then chances are its OK.

I noticed as soon as I took the 109F up, before if I slightly moved the joystick then the nose would bounce and wobble all over making aiming impossible.

Now, after complete reinstall, I can manouvre and let go of the joystick at say 300k and the nose will stop right where I let go of the joystick. (maybe a slight wobble but it corrects itself after a millisecond.)

If there is a problem then the nose will wobble for over a second after you have let go of the joystick, making aiming impossible.

I have never made a track sorry, but I can suggest trying the 109G, its as steady as a rock to fly now, if when u let go of the joystick at a decent speed the nose comes to an almost instant stop (no wobble) then u are OK. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif If it wobbles all over for ages then you should reinstall.

I have found 109's and 190's to be heavily dampened...never had a problem with them. In fact, there aught to be more aircraft like those.

I did make a track tonight of a short combat in a Spitfire Mk IXc but I don't have a website to allow for download.

For all the whining going on, I am shocked that nobody has stepped forward. Maybe I'll try battle-fields to see if someone over there wants to review my track.

My problem was so bad I could not hit a fighter flying level and straight at 50m-100m.

If the nose is NOT violently and very quickly jumping up and down, then it's doubtful you have the problem.

However, there is nothing saying the problem might not show in varied degrees.
