It's incredible how those small german dolls came to life and forced that grown man to build a railgun!!

in all seriousness, that is totally cool http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

"It seemed only a natural step to go one bigger and build on in 1/16 scale."

"I have looked at my 1/16 DORA for some years and wondered what it would look like in 1/6th."

His next project will be a full scale replica in wrought iron. He will call it ze "Eiffel Dora" http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Oh, the things that kids get into when they are bored and retired. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

I only have one question. Notice the size of the bolt heads behind the Geman Officer's Feldmutze? Who in the hell turns the wrench?

Yeah,esp.,since it'd still be 133mm bore w/ a barrel length of over 15ft.
It'd look like a field piece for sure. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/88.gif

Next time you look at a five-story tall building, that will be about the height of the real thing.

The first view of it must have been a mind-boggling sight.
