Hi http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif,

I have recorded some flight-tracks during Pacific Fighters, it is (ofcourse) possible to watch these flight tracks whit the game itself. But, is it also possible to watch them with an other program? (such as; Windows Media Player?)

Yes, but it needs to be converted to another format. Sorry, but I don't know how to do that. You might want to check out the Movie Maker's Forum.

You need to using something to record what you see while playing the track in IL2. Most of us use FRAPS, the free version allows you to record in 30 second increments, the pay version allows you to record until your hard drive is full and also doesn't show the FRAPS logo on the recorded movie. You can then use Window Movie Maker to edit the recording.

If your graphics card on your pc has a video out, it's better to hook up DVD recorder or VCR and record on that. That way, you don't steal any resources from the game on your pc.

It amazes me sometimes how the obvious totally escapes me. Such a simple solution. I've been trying to convince a buddy at work to get IL2 '46 for a while. I think this will work. Thanks for the suggestion. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
