AC is not PoP4. PoP4 will be another game.

PoP is a platforming game where you travel on a set path. In AC, you can free-roam, and choose when to accept missions and side quests, and how you want to complete those.

Are you using some kind of internet translator? It's kinda hard to make out what you're trying to say.

As for your new question, the AC action will be close to PoP, as far as we can tell now.

The lack of Prince of Persia in the game kinda nails it, doesn't it?

Apart from the acrobatics there's little which is similar.

he admits he's translating to a non-native language and you rag on him because he doesn't clearly communicate that he wants to know how the gameplay style of AC will be different than that of PoP4? that's not very nice.

Yea he had every right to make a sarcastic comment to a person who speaks a different language and is doing the extra work to translate his language to ours so we won't have to look it up ourselves.

Woah guys, relax. I wasn't "raging" on him or anything of the sort. The Prince of Persia games are focused around the Prince and his adventures, basically trying to save the day and stop the bad guys messing with time, so without this main character and this style of story then it can't be PoP. That's what I was trying to get at.

There are some gameplay similarities, mainly down to the Parkour aspect, but it's very different indeed. Check out Two Thrones: the Prince will happily wall run, bounce off a wall and speed kill someone, or bounce of a wall and spend 30seconds killing someone. Altair has to find out where his target is, sneak up to them, get close, then kill them, then make his escape. Very, very different gameplay styles, but the fundamentals of Parkour are prevalent in both games. However, the style and implementation of these fundamentals are completely different.

They both come out from the same studio so expect some similarities between them.
