Hi,

Im having a bit of a blonde moment!! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/35.gif
I only installed the game the other day (PC). I have the Tin edition, what the difference is I dont know.
Anyway I seem to have lost my CD KEY, if one existed in the first place. However, I dont know what im looking for as its not printed in the manual which I do have. Was the key on a seperate slip of paper and what does it look like?

Cheers,

There is no cd key. At least there was no cd key for me. I doubt you'll need one just cause you're using the tin case edition... Does it ask you for one?

No actually, but nice of you to assume.

I got mine courtousy of Play.com a day earlier than its release date. The tin edition was the same price so thought why not. I just could not remember if I put a key in or not as I am going to get a new machine soon. Just so you know my Tin edition is 91171! That I couldnt make up http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Thanks FYTJ. And no i didnt dare uninstall it incase I was missing the key. But thanks for clearing it up.

actualy the tin number would be easy to make up as assuming there is atleast 100k tins you have a 1 in 100k chance of the person your talking to having that number. I only acused you because I got sick of people asking for help with the crapy pirate version. but I wonder how many copies play got and if they followd number as I got 91468 from play.

No Worries. I understand the frustration, and should have anticipated it. But I did panic somewhat!

It would be interesting if they start the numbering at 00001. Whoever stuck my sticker on did not stick it correctly into the Embossed square bit. A shame it wasnt stamped/embossed into the metal itself. The back of the tin is one of the best I've seen for a while. I have Wolfenstein in a tin as well but they just stuck a sticker on the back and it looks really really bad.
