the la 7 seems to be the best plane but i dont like it because the elevator doesnt go up as much as it should since keeping the plane above 300 km and with flaps of combat hoewver hard you pull the stick it will never stall.
for me that is the same as if my mechanic left the brakes of my not abs brakes so soft that they dont lock hoewver hard i push the brake(im sure many people would say but wouldnt that be great).
so is there any good plane that can be skidded in the air?

After reading the last 3 or 4 of your post, I think you would be better served with an arcade game. I'm not flaming you or trying to be disrespecting of your posts, it just seems that you have a lot of issues with IL-2 FB. I imagine that is why you were asking about other sims in your last post. At the same time you were asking about other sims, you were flaming FB also. I think you will find a lot more for, than against FB here. Just makes since to me that you would enjoy a more arcadish sim than FB. Sincerely S!

ALL aircraft can be made to "skid" through the air. Just use rudder whilst keeping the wings level.

I'd never join a club that would have ME as a member!!.

ill ignore the sincere person
what i mean with skidding is changing speed for turn as fast as the wing resistance or the stall limit allows.if you are diving against the ground and you see that you are going to hit it you skid the plane in order to lose speed and turn fast far from the ground, just as you would do in a car if you see that you go out of a bend, and then if you skid to much you just spin.il2 let you easily skid with the planes simply because the elevators could be set much higher up than in fb.
If you look at the model changes from il2 to fb they all aim to make fb easier than il2 probably to please combatsim newbees who said eh il2 is great but is too difficult.
myself ive been playing combatsim since the first cfs and tried most of them and i can certainly tell you that of all the sims the best is il2 and fb goes far behind. they turned a extreme flying sim into a multiplayer shooter and for that i rather playing counterstrike or wait for another combatsim.
in fact if the il2 test server was working i would have stopped posting long ago because i would have something to play

I've heard rumours that 'raaaid' is really the infamous RBJ. This convinces me, anyway.....

Just how spread out are those 10+ postings, anyway? /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

If you want a realistic, hardcore sim, try Crimson Skies, those FMs are unforgiving as hell....

the best AND most challenging? The JUG!

Ahh, give the guy a break.

I've seen Yak-3s that point about 30 degrees from the direction they were heading in a high speed turn. Looks a lot like a controlled skid turn in a car.

Saw one pilot doing it a lot last night and it was damn impressive.

The most challenging plane? Tough one...there are so many different planes, each with their own characteristics: You`ve got your horizontal planes, your inclined planes, your projected planes, your distinguished planes, your translation planes, your composite planes (eg. active planes); then there are crooked planes, hyperplanes and cartesian planes, just to mention a few. Personally, I think they are all interesting to work with. But some of course take more time to master than others.

Here are some links:

And I promised I wasnt going to stick my nose into any posts by rade.

The La-7 without the three guns wont. Take the one with only standard equipment. 50% fuel Trim down two clicks, combat flaps, reduce pitch and it will slide your locked posts off the front page /i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif
