1. Egypt
2. French Revolution
3. Victorian Era England
4. Spain
5. Southern America

These are the top 5 places i think could work although a series like Assassins Creed could merge itself into any part of history and any continent.

Egypt, Japan, China, India.

French Rev/Spain/England would be a duplicate of AC2/B. Wouldn't be enough distinction for Ubi to consider it, imo.

I said not enough distinction.
Ubi wants a new fresh setting, just listen to their interviews, you'll get subtle hints about it.

I think he means the environments would look a little too similar, though I think England would look differen't and things would probably look a bit duller. Though I personally don't want an AC in Victorian England.

Not just myself, many others feel the same way.

Victorian London would be amazing. I live in London, and I've been to Italy many times, and I don't think they look at all similar. It would be a great location, with plenty of history and places to see. The Assassin could be Jack the Ripper, or even just a poor boy taken in by the Assassins. I think it would be a great location. Stonehenge could be a Temple as well.

I'd rather the Assassin be fictional.

I was sort of thinking Sherlock Holmes as the "Leonardo Da Vinci", but i do agree that maybe England would be abit dull, although it could be a part of a game as in Desmond visits different ancestors memories in one game so he could do a few missions in Victorian England then a few in France etc.
I think Japan and China are abit too much of a jump from Italy all of a sudden to China and would leave alot of storyline missing.

1. French Revolution
2. Victorian London
3. Feudal Japan
4. Ancient Egypt
5. Ancient Central/South America

I would also love Ancient Rome, but Rome has already been done so, it's not possible. Northern Europe countries would also be cool!

why is it everyone says Victorian England, the bright spark who thought of that is a tool.

Tudor and before are more suited too AC, which wont be "dull".
Think AC1, but architecturally better, greener and more luscious
history ties into the crusades of AC1, you have war of the roses and Jersey Island

Egypt is a very good alternative, I've also considered feudal Japan, I would love to see an Assassin's saga in this hystorical context in particular. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

As someone already said: AC3 and beyond #2 (http://forums.ubi.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/5251069024/m/6831010868/p/77)

Exactly. I don't get the obsession with Vicorian England. Henry VIII would make a great antagonist.

in no particular order:
Ancient Egypt
China
Japan
Incas
Aztecs
French Revolution
Ancient Greece/Persia
Medieval Africa
