Easy , easy , as far as I understood , the neither grave , neither the remains will be relocated. Is just that the family should take care of it.
But your post explains very well the situation. Heroes are always heroes , no matter the side they fought for. If this wouldn't be true then no Unknown Soldier monument will be built. And as we all know , nobody know for sure if the remains in that grave are an enemy soldier or an ally soldier. This proves that heroes are heroes no matter the side they've fought for. You don't have to praise a hero who fought for the other side , just respect , that's it. Nazism was the thing who marked the whole 20th century with its atrocities , same did the communism. But let's not confuse here the soldier with the dictator. Aa soldier will never fight for his leader but for his/her country. And is another story if you , as a soldier , are unlucky enough to have such leaders as Hitler or Stalin.
