View Full Version : F19VS celebrates it's 7th anniversary

Who ever knew we would end up celebrating our 7th anniversary back
in 2003? Not me! Even though I didn't really think about it back then,
but it someone had told me that we would "survive" as a group for seven
years - and beyond - I would definately not have believed it.
It is, and has been, a pleasure to fly with you guys. It is not Il2 really that
has made us stick together for so long in my eyes anyway. It is the
comradery and the plain fun we have... when screaming like little girls
on comms http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

S! to you guys! and S! to sis squad F16 for sticking out with us for
so long, these days in the "joint venture" of SvAF.
And also S! to you guys in the community who just makes it a pleasure!

Gongratulations, Salutations and utmost respects to your squad! I have had the pleasure to fly a couple of times with you guys, on public servers, and it had been the most fun everytime! Great co-operation, and one thing I especially like about your style, is those underdog planes you tend to favour! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif It really puts out the fact, that it isn't the plane but the pilot.. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Anyways, hope to see you guys continue towards the anniversary and greatly looking towards to fly with (and perhaps against) you guys. S!

great logo btw, that screaming-part is somewhat familiar =D

Congratulations ..

and thanks again for all the amazing work back then on the Gladiator/j8A which is still one of the more fun planes to fly in the sim all these years later.

I've had the pleasure of flying against you a few times, and it has always been fun!
Hope to see you continue as a squad as SOW comes a long some day. Then I might even try to join you! (If you can't beat them, join them..)

Congratulations from Lentolaivue 34 as well! I live roughly a 15min drive from the base F19 used in Winter War. A small monument of stone is there with a plane on it.

The one some 20km north of Rovaniemi http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Can't recall the name though. Base was on lake shore.
