Top of the mawnin' to ya, ladies and gents!

Why is it impossible to turn off the speedbar if the server has forced it on? Or is there a way? I'd have thought that things like this would always be client-dependent - but no, "speedbar HIDE" only gives a return of "speedbar is SHOW"...

Any server-knowledgeable folks around to answer this?

You map a key to it and it will also give you various settings.......It's a user controlled thing "to the negative" just like icons.

Not really with ya there mate... some a/c have compass headings that are an absolute PIG or impossible to read and I feel it compensates for some of these issues

Just my two pence!

Speedbar, heading and altitude are a definet leg up for me. Helps me concentrate on other aspects of fighting for my life;} Also helps me to interpatate the various sim instruments.
