View Full Version : Problem with Stuka gear again?

Maybe this is old news but, I'm one of the few who hasn't DL'd 3.02bm. It seems that in 3.01m the Stuka's landing gear is prone to ripping off too easily again. I believe this was the case when the Stuka was first introduced to the game and it was fixed in subsequent patches. Is this the case in 3.02bm? Or will it be fixed in the "official" patch? Anybody know?

Just so you know, they seem to rip off at about 430kph or 440kph. That's only 275ish mph. Doesn't seem like that's too fast. And I know that I dove at those speeds before and the gear didn't rip off.

3.02b doesn't show this, also for the Val.

What button do I need to push to get the Stuka's gear to retract? I have a similar problem on the P.11 too.

No button pushing for these planes...you need to find a nearby building and make sure you cleanly rip the gear off http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Stuka gear was not terribly sturdy. What would be COOL http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-surprised.gif though is a jettison command . . . http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.gif (as in RL).

Yeah baby !
