Now that we can patch console games, could there possibly be a patch to make enemies more aggressive and fix any AI glitches that people might have gripes about? If so, AC could definitely become one of the greatest games ever.

I really wish they would but I agree, it would take some work to get it right and it's very unlikely they will. The PC version will probably have the AI fixed.

The key word here is 'might'

Believe me when i say IF there are issues i will be with you all in ensuring that information gets back to where it needs to be, but at this point in time it would be wise to actually play the game before assuming it has issues http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Well, there are really some glitches in the AI. That they aren't agressive enough, is an opinion, but when you 'Blend', guards won't see you at all, even if you aren't in a group of monks. That's pretty dull and should be fixed.
But I guess we pc-guys will get some better AI http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

I cant comment on that aspect because when i played i was either in a crowd or causing trouble to gauge reaction so didnt experience that BUT if this is the case im not sure i would call it a glitch as was mentioned in the first post, theres a big difference between a glitch and something not being there in the first place rightly or wrongly IMO

Uhem....The game is alrweady original and a very great game. Dont why people are dissing the AI....Really id say to the people that do and go "YOu try and make a game then, see how hard it is for themselves." For me anwyay, if the AI is a bit easy, i like it liek that, amkes you feel relaxed killing people, not getting frustrated over that abstard guard killing you. But hey this just might be me.

There is nothing wrong with the AI. People who reviewed it were being stupid and just standing around waiting for a guard to attack so he can counter... I think they forgot that you have an attack button also... You don't have to just wait until they attack so you can counter.

I saw on the GT review how you really do become invisible to the AI when you act as a monk, even if you assassinate someone in front of their eyes.
that's a must-fix issue, but remember what Patrice said when he was asked what will the team do once the game is released: "Vacation, vacation, vacation!"
I doubt they'll come back just to make patches for the game. and even if they do that would make it mandatory for x360 owners to buy a hard drive for it, while the rest of us already have a hdd.

btw i've set my order at the ubi shop, now all that remains is to send the money via some bank and wait.

I do belive most x360 owners have a HDD!

Anyway I saw that monk bug to... only thing I can call it is a bug! And they should definatly fix it with a patch.

I dont think it needs a patch, just put the difficulty to normal or hard like everybody is saying and problem is solved.

They intentionally made the AI bad, they did it on purpose... can't you see?

There are no difficulty options in AC.

I have seen a few comments across forums tonight making reference to changing the difficulty. Sadly i cant offer any clarification though http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

Well i might've been misinformed, but there was a post over at gamespot, a ps3 owner said that the AI is not bad after all, it's only because those reviewers had the difficulty down.

It would make sense, you ever played Hitman: Blood Money? The AI could'nt care if you killed someone in front of them on a lower difficulty setting.
