S !
Just got back from the beautiful New Zealand and last days spent in Wanaka in the scenic Kiwi South Island. Visited the New Zealand Fighters Museum with small but handful of precious, mint, flying conditions warbirds. The Spitfire MkXIV, Hurricane MkIIA, 5 I-16, 2 I153, La-9, Vampire etc. was candy for the eyes and 2006 they will held an international air show

Thanks Achilles_NZ, had a great time ! My friend and customer, Phil Brown of Oamaru, took me to fly in his helicopter and top-dressing plane doing some aerobatics, wow !!! the real G force !
Yes, I have 25 photos of the birds but I don´t know how to upload it to this kind of message besides rigth now I´m in a friends mountain ranch with a dial connection run by an AMD K-6 470MHz ! Fast as a hangovered turtle !!! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

lol!! No worries mate.

When you get access to a better connection you might want to try uploading them to http://www.photobucket.com

Its simple to use, and once they are uploaded, just copy and paste the url's (eg: your image.url ) into your post and they should display correctly. [img]http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

BTW... Did you hold down your lunch during the aerobatics? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif
Must have been a very cool experience.

From what I hear Wanaka is pricing themselves out of the airshow market.Ticket prices are going through the roof.

S !
Thanks for the tips and soon I hit a decent rig I´ll post the photos. Actually the flight with some aerobatics was a surprise gift and was held on mid-afternoon so no pukes but the feeling of the G forces was an unique experience.
Seems that they´re charging US$50,00 per day for the show but having in mind that you´ll see and listen to those loved birds fifty bucks is cheap,I think.
By the way, they have a virtual flying room powered by Compacq and running CFS 2 . I´ve told the museum staff to go to IL2 where the **** happens !
