When I use the He 111 level stabilizer it puts me into a shallow dive. Does anyone know a better way to keep the plane level on a bomb run or how to work around this? Thanks.

Yes. You can trim the plane before you put it into the level, and also adjust engine speed. You will find that the plane will climb beyond certain airspeeds.

But I find the best thing is to take it in and out of level; for some reason, it stays flying straight as long as you don't touch the controls, even after you disable the level button.
