View Full Version : Offline Icon settings.

I'd like to be able to tailor my icon settings off line to match Warclouds; which are very short range, friendly name and enemy plane type; both coloured black.

I understand that this can be achieved through "the console".

I understand further that console commands can be scripted; something about an "RC" file?

The ultimate aim I'm hoping for is to be able to write a macro or command for my X-52 joystick so that I can set the icons with a single button press.

Can any one walk me through the details?

Read this thread where I explain it to someone else asking the same questions.

An alternative you can set-and-forget is running IL-2 Stab in the background.

One of the settings screens allows setting friend and enemy icon distances for all the features. Mine loads at Windows start-up so I never forget it--which I would, given the opportunity.
