Application and Subsidy:
We are trying our best promoting the first international cyber air sports match with the puissant help of the official airlines in China. We hope that all the cyber air sports fans in the world would come to join ICAS. However, we have little experience in such large movement, especially the first international match in the field of cyber air sports. In order to hold ICAS successfully, we figured out the following plan for application according to the actual situation with a limited budget:
1.ICAS 2003 will accept the application from 11 countries at all. The Organizing Committee of ICAS will confirm the player list according to the time order of application, the situation of cyber air sports in that country and the points of the squadron in VOW (www.vow-hq.com) (http://www.vow-hq.com)). We apologize that we can't provide more quotas for you.
2.In case there're two or more than two squadrons in the same country apply for ICAS, we'll chose the better squadron according to their points in VOW (www.vow-hq.com) (http://www.vow-hq.com)). We also suggest that you could discuss with the other squadrons in your country and form the best squadron represents your country in ICAS.
3.Each squadron needs at least 2 players, although ICAS doesn't limit the total numbers. Each squadron is allowed to change players between each round of the match. That is to say, more players, less press to each player and better achievement.
4.Please see the official website of ICAS for details:
http://icas.dof.cn/php/InputApplication.php
5.Please take the circumstances into consideration and confirm your application immediately. We make a deep apology again for limited quotas!

We know that China is faraway from your home. For the sake of every squadron reaching ICAS 2003 as scheduled and reducing the expenditure of every player, we made the following plan for subsidy:
1.The international airplane ticket for round trip: Each squadron represents a country will be given US $ 1,200 for subsidy. It will be handed in to your team leader before you leave Wuhan, China.
2.ICAS 2003 will reward the squadrons which win the first 3 cups, including US $ 5,000 for the champion, US $ 2000 for the runner-up and US $ 1500 for the bronze medalist. These three squadrons won't get the subsidy of air trip.
3.After each squadron reaches Beijing or Shanghai in China at appointed time, two members of each squadron's can get free air trip to Wuhan as well as the room and board in Wuhan. Please arrange for your team's schedule and tell the appointed connector of the Organizing Committee of ICAS so that we could prepare for the reception.

Some Necessary Procedures:
1.Once your squadron's competence is confirmed through the internet, the Organizing Committee will post the team leader an invitation in due form for every member. Each player must show this invitation in order to get the subsidy.
2.If you have trouble in leaving your country, this invitation can help you. Please contact with us as soon as possible so that we can help you with the leaving procedure.
