Have you ever noticed that under a mods name is says Imagine Town support expect for UbiMargie witch says Lead Imagine Town Support and UbiNomine witch says Communtiy Manager>Thie following question arose after being helped with a support ticket by Margie Lead Imagine Town Support.Are the moderators the ones who answer your support tickets?If so,what are the names?I only want to know this last piece of information because I want to apoligize to one of the members of Imaginge Town Support.
