hay guys i was just counting my upgrade fund "change in a plastic jug lol"and found a coin im guessing its from some were in europe and sense thars alot of pepole from europe thought id ask. its about the size of a u.s qurter maby an inch from side to side has a pic of some guy with long hair on one side and a pic of a necked guy hiting something with a hammer on the other. it says L.50 on one side and italiana repvbblica on the other im guessing its itaian but the wrightings in english. any info on it would be cool. and also if some one could explain why some one would hammer something naked i mean come on thats just an acciednt waiting to happen lol.

Sounds like 50 italian Lira. It was worth almost nothing.

If I'm correct, that coin is worthless now, because Italy switched from Lira to Euro.
