I have two small suggestions:

1) Option to change ammo loud out on the machine guns ie tracer, AP, ball, incendary etc and the ratio between them. For example, every third round a tracer, every fifth round incendary.

2) A trigger activated gun camera, to play back footage after the mission and relive those war stories http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Two ideas to further deepen the atmosphere of the game http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/11.gif

Try doing a search on google for a program
called Java Guncam. It is a free program that
runs with PF and alows you to record your
engagements just like a real guncamera.
You can record in Black and white and age the film and blur the images to make the look almost
like WW2 guncamera foootage.

oh cool!

*runs off to google*

EDIT: looked at the examples, not that impressive really. better to film in no HUD mode in PF and do the rest yourself in a video editor if ur wanting to do that I reckon

I may have even better solution. Like WTE_Dukayn says, about no crosshair while watching track. When you do that just use program called Fraps.

That program allows you to map a key for recording. That all works this way: You start the Fraps (map the proper key default is F9), and when in game watching the track, engage recording any time you want. Just make sure crosshair is off.

After that you may use some editor like Adobe Premiere (and for some effects and compression VirtualDub) to edit your video file that you create with Fraps. That way you can actaully have video clips that can be viewved outside the game.

About guncam itself, I have asked that question myself on this forum (also would like to see that, but with that old B&W technique just like intro), but it seems that ppl are just not into that idea. http://acompletewasteofspace.com/forum/images/smiles/banana.gif
