The P-51D Mustang of the D version, it thinks it is the best, that is until the Fw-190 and Ta-152 are sorted.

Bf 109, the one with the two bumps!!.... http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/heart.gif

....and what is it about that cannon opening on the propeller spinner of the Emil?? http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Spitfire without a doubt... if it were a woman it would be stacked... with long thick hair and a perfect body.....

Spitfire for me too.

Ooooh, the lines, the lines!

Daydreaming, Bearcat? http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif

Spitfire is for me the most feminine fighter. When I compare it to the Me109, the 109 looks like it's saying : "I am a fighter!" while the Spit... "have you seen my makeup?" http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

It seems to me that some here for unfathomable reasons thinks feminine is the same as girly. They are not the same. If any here for some reason feel that everything slim, elegant and graceful is girly, they are perfectly welcome pay a visit to the inside of the leopard cage at the nearest zoo.

The Spitfire most decidedly has some very elegant and very feminine lines, but it is anything but girly.

There are plenty of "girlies" out there that I am very, very scared of. I've been married to one. She is girlie until cornered or she's been crossed the wrong way, then it's all tiger! http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_eek.gif

I'd say the MIG-3 is sorta feminine, the long sleek lines, the rounded curves, and still perfectly proportioned, ooooh sexy! http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-tongue.gif
Also the P-11 is female-like, Spitfire and KI-43 also, the Bf 109 is sort of metro-sexual http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

I agree on the Spit, although the FW-190-Dora-9 would be a very good runner-up for this contest.
Both are sleek, have beautiful round lines and most of all: they are dangerous to men who not pay too much attention to them.

How about the La? It handles so gently, and the name itself is feminine.

Spitfires
The one's with the big open mouth breathers, just look so ever inviting.

All though that Tempest above post looks to have a mouth that could , well ah better not say.

I'll add to the consensus and vote Spitfire.

The Spit cause it just looks fragile and feminine. And by many accounts just as tempermental.

Nah, Spit is like an animal in disguise. That's why German pilots underestimate it and get shot down http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

Most girly, I'd say Zero Rufe. It's like a woman on training wheels http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.gif

No way boys, it's the MiG. A Direct quote from Soviet Ace, Alexander Pokryshkin:

"Under a skilful rider it rushed along like an arrow, but when you lost control you could end up beneath its hoofs."

In translation: A woman can be your best friend, or your worst enemy, so you better learn to behave.

Spitfire is the most feminine. She is a true lady and I love her. P-51D is another.

109F after that and the Japanese Tony (Hien?).

Tempest is the kind of girl you find hitting someone with a pool cue in a bar... Bad girl type.

YaK-9 is typical Russian woman, built like a brick sh*thouse and twice as tough.

In the last year I have become increasingly sucked into the murky world of computer flight sims giving up exercise(cycling/ running) completely-gaining a ton of weight, back ache, numb fingers etc but this thread is an alarming new low!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Spitfire has the lines of a strong and lively young woman. The P51 looks like a pregnant, worn down older woman.

I vote for the P-39 with her roundings on the right places.

Most girly, I'd say Zero Rufe. It's like a woman on training wheels Veryhappy

The Spit is clearly the most feminine. Besides, the constant whining noise heard in the cockpit completes the illusion completely!

Cheers,
Norris

I think the whining noise is to do with it's country of origin, not it's feminity.

The P-47, for sure. It reminds me of a fat opera singer or a frumpy fishwife. Well stacked, but chunky legs, double chin, and jelly belly.

wow, you guyz are really getting bored waitng for the patch. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/blink.gif

What the heck, since I'm here anyway. First, how would you define what is a girly plane?

Since no plane looks like a woman then I'd have to judge based on sound. You know what your favorite plane sounds like. I'm sure I'll get flamed for this so go ahead and call me a "luftlover" or what ever. My planes sound better than yours. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/mockface.gif

Well a certain Rolls Royce Merlin engine might make a mess of that statement. Luft engines are nice though... very nice. I think the Rata sounds lumpy too.

In my opinion, the later P-51 is the most feminine aircraft of all.

This is my new ride.

Ha ha ha, I wonder how many guys are thinking "A girl called my favorite plane feminine!"

If I had said it was a girly-plane I'd probably get flamed. Never under-estimate the power of a woman. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif

It's ok though, if a guy has enough confidence to wear a pink shirt, he'll be comfortable in his P-51. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/25.gif

IMO, Me262 for sure, if you handle here like woman, she flyes nicely, but if youare pushing throttle to violently, you know what happens

Most "Girly-girl-pink-ribbons-and-lipstick" fighters:
Spitfire, Ki-43, P-47, P-51:
Ballerena-like turning, vanity mirrors, comfy armchair feel, etc.

Most "Female-ish in Attitude/Performance" fighters:
Bf-109, Fw-190, Ki-61, (possibly) P-40:
Fly em right and they love you, fly them wrong and they kill you.

A couple of great quotes in this thread...

"the Bf 109 is sort of metro-sexual"

She's butch for sure. In a dominatrix sorta way. http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.gif
