A friend of mine gave me a demo of it for the XBOX.

In short, everything about it is laughable, unless you are into ridiculous arcade aerial capers. Then again, the flying of a Corsair at Pearl Harbor had me reminiscing of some co-ops I've been in http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Anyone else had the misfortune of playing this?

http://forums.ubi.com/images/smilies/16x16_smiley-mad.gif The Demo studders and freezes so much I can't take off for one mission... so I figured the game can't be much better.

It's as smooth as silk on the XBOX.

Pity it's just a crock.

Norris , i dont think its even being marketed as a simulator , its a console shooter
Crimson Skies (the biggest "joke" flying game out there as far as im concerned) is always in the top 5 most played game on Xbox live month to month , know why ? because winning DF's & shooting down other humans is awesome fun - as we all know

find the game "Wings of War" (also called Wings of Honour)Xbox or PC - its amazing . WW1 type stuff but without the real names , very accurate models but with crimson skies performance , has amazingly smooth graphics wether your up high or zooming along cutting grass , the terrain detail up high looks sooo good
But at least it has a Bearcat: omg , wtf , how the hell . . . . .

thats just so not fair . . . .

Hi m8,

I'm not sure - if I do, though, it won't be right away as I'll wait for the price to fall. I like the idea of it with tiered Live access and detachable hard drives and consoles always the guarantee of you being able to buy games for a bit longer than 6 months before you find your hardware is obsolete http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Halo 3 will have to be good as old Bill wants it to defeat the evil empire of Sony http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif I think he's dreaming but you never know.

On the subject of Heroes, I particularly enjoyed colliding with an enemy plane. Do you think I lost a rudder? A wing? Maybe exploded? Nope, I heard a big 'clang' noise and bounced right off.
Oleg: we expect to have that in 4.02!

The one thing that appeals to me is trouble free connection and playing.

i love my pc and its relatively crash free but even so, no game runs right of the bat without tweaks.

i am also a sucker for halo anything....

just read that peter jacksons gonnae direct the movie. http://forums.ubi.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif
